Still Room Yoga Studio Slow down. Breathe deeper. Come home to yourself.

About Still Room

A sunlit studio corner with plants, bolsters and neatly folded blankets

We started Still Room because the loudest hour of our week had become the gym, and we wanted somewhere quieter to go instead. Still Room is a small studio built around breath, light and unhurried movement — the opposite of a high-intensity class.

Our Room

The studio sits behind tall windows that fill the floor with morning light. We kept the room simple on purpose: sand-coloured walls, a corner of plants, stacks of bolsters and blocks, and nothing on the walls that asks for your attention.

Our Approach

Every class we teach is built around the breath first and the shape second. We would rather hold a pose a minute longer than rush to the next one, and we keep classes small enough that a teacher can actually see how you're doing.

Who Still Room Is For

We built Still Room for people who want to move without the noise — beginners nervous about their first class, regulars rebuilding a practice after time away, and anyone who wants their hour of movement to also be an hour of rest.
