A Slower Way to Move

Still Room is a calm, light-filled studio built as the antidote to high-intensity fitness — vinyasa, yin, restorative yoga and breathwork, taught at the pace of your own breath.

How a Class Works

  1. Reserve Your Mat
Book your place online in a couple of minutes; because classes stay small, a spot is held once you book rather than at the door.
  2. Arrive and Settle
Come in about ten minutes early, leave your shoes at the door and find a quiet spot on the floor before class begins.
  3. Practice Together
Move and breathe with a small group at an unhurried pace, with modifications offered quietly throughout.
  4. Rest and Reflect
Every class closes with a few minutes of stillness before you step back out into your day.

Before You Arrive

Do I need any yoga experience to join a class?

No. Every practice we teach welcomes complete beginners, and teachers offer modifications throughout class rather than expecting you to keep up.

What should I bring with me?

Comfortable clothing and a water bottle are enough — mats, bolsters and blocks are provided at the studio.

How early should I arrive for my first class?

Plan to arrive about ten minutes before class starts so you have time to find a spot and settle in before we begin.

Can I book a single class, or do I need a membership?

You can book a single class any time through our site, and every new student's first class is free.
